Wok de choux de Bruxelles

Sur l'emballage des choux de Bruxelles se trouvait cette recette de plusieurs légumes au gingembre  préparés au wok  qui m'a inspirée.

Ingrédients :

500 g de choux de Bruxelles
1 poivron rouge
1 poivron vert
1 poivron jaune

1 oignon rouge

10 g de gingembre frais

100 g de carottes

graines de sésame grillées

cerfeuil 

huile sel et poivre

(en option une pincée de flocons de piment)

Préparation :

Préparer et cuire les choux de Bruxelles 12 minutes dans l'eau bouillante salée ou 25 minutes à la vapeur

Egoutter et plonger aussitôt dans de l'eau froide pour stopper la cuisson

Laver les autres légumes

Emincer les poivrons et l'oignon rouge

Eplucher, laver et détailler les carottes en fins bâtonnets

Râper le gingembre frais

Faire sauter vivement les poivrons et oignons dans un wok avec l'huile, ajouter le gingembre, les carottes et assaisonner de sel et poivre

Ajouter les choux de Bruxelles coupés en deux

Parsemer de cerfeuil ciselé et de graines de sésame

J'ai ajouté un peu de flocons de piments.
